As of today, we have 173 library books in our house. I promise I'm not trying to break 200 but my kids might be. There are a few school-ish books in there - some women's biographies, science experiments, and geography activities. The school books were the ones I selected, of course. Mostly, it's Nancy Drew, Boxcar Children, Magic Tree House, How to Train Your Dragon, and (ugh) Rainbow Magic.
I told Sunny and Posy that the next time we go to the library, they will have a list. They can get whatever they want to read, but they will also be required to choose from some specific categories, including "a book I've never read before."
