year 6 day 1

Hard to believe we've been going this long already, but here we are at the beginning of year 6! Heck, if you want to count all the preschool "experimenting" I did with Sunny and Posy in 2010, this could even be year 7.

Day 1 was Art and Library Day. They've been drawing with markers nonstop since they got them for Christmas, and today was no different. Markers markers markers! Paper paper paper!

After lunch, we headed to the library and came home with 42 books. While I was getting everything rounded up to go home, Birdie ran ahead to catch a few extra seconds outside on a bench with her latest find. (And what the what with the green grass behind her?!?! This is Connecticut in January. That's supposed to be white, not green.)
